These Terms of Service govern your use of the Admost services (admost.io and its subdomains, together the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Admost is a platform that helps you create, approve, publish, and manage digital advertising campaigns with the assistance of artificial intelligence. The AI produces recommendations; the final decision and responsibility for which campaign is published rests with you.
To use the Service, you create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account and your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
When you connect advertising platforms, those platforms’ own terms of service and policies continue to apply. It is your responsibility to ensure that the campaigns you run through Admost comply with those platforms’ rules.
When you publish a campaign, the resulting ad spend is charged directly to your connected ad account; Admost does not collect these amounts and is not responsible for them. It is your responsibility to set budget limits and monitor your spend; guardrails are a supporting tool, not an absolute guarantee.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
Text and images generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors, be incomplete, or produce results that do not meet your expectations. It is your responsibility to review and approve every draft before publishing. You are responsible for the outcomes arising from the content you approve.
Admost is currently offered free of charge during its beta period. When paid plans become available, the applicable pricing and terms will be announced in advance.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, modify, or suspend the Service from time to time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Admost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or losses arising from ad spend.
You may close your account at any time. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page; we will notify you of significant changes.
