Privacy Policy

At Admost, we care about your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you use the Admost services (admost.io and its subdomains), why and how we use it, and what your rights are. This document has been prepared under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, to the extent applicable, the GDPR.

1. Data we process

Account information

When you sign up, we process your name, email address, and workspace details. Passwords are stored in an irreversible form.

Connected ad accounts

When you connect advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, X), we store the access tokens issued by those platforms in order to read and — with your approval — manage campaigns on your behalf. These tokens are kept encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and you can disconnect at any time.

Content and usage data

We process the prompts you write to the AI, the campaign drafts that are generated, your product and brand profile information, and the technical records related to your use of the service (sign-in times, activity logs).

2. Why we process data

  • To create your account and provide the service to you,
  • To generate campaign drafts and publish them with your approval,
  • To protect your budget with guardrails and report on performance,
  • To ensure security, prevent misuse, and meet our legal obligations.

3. Third parties we work with

To deliver the service, we may share a portion of your data — only to the extent necessary — with the following providers:

  • Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) — to manage campaigns on your behalf.
  • AI providers (e.g., Anthropic) — to process your requests for campaign copy generation.
  • Image generation and infrastructure providers — for image creation and hosting services.

We never sell your data for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies and local storage

Our marketing site uses browser local storage (localStorage) only for essential functions — for example, to remember the light/dark theme preference you have selected. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for this purpose.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and to the extent required by legal retention obligations. When you close your account, your data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

6. Your rights

Under the KVKK, you have the right to access your processed data, request its correction or deletion, object to processing, and request the portability of your data. You can contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

To protect your data, we apply technical and administrative measures such as encryption, access controls, and multi-tenant data isolation. While no system is 100% secure, we adopt industry standards to protect your data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you and publish the current version on this page.
